No substitutions. No alterations. No ketchup. No problem! Father’s Office, located in Santa Monica and Culver City, serves what some people call the best burger in LA! It definitely deserves to be in the running! The burger is dry aged beef topped with caramelized onions, gruyerand may tag cheeses, applewood bacon compote and arugula on a soft bolio-like roll. With this set up, it’s no wonder why the chef doesn’t allow modifications to this already perfect burger! Don’t bother asking for it medium-well, or with ketchup (the place doesn’t even carry ketchup) or without onions, because your request will politely be declined - and that’s okay, I get it. Chef Sang Yoon is an artisan, and he intends his masterpiece to be served the way he intended. Don’t mess with a good thing.
