The All-Star Chef Classic at L.A. LIVE is back for seconds after an extremely successful and exciting inaugural event last year. If you missed the first one, you should definitely mark your calendar this year!

So what is the All-Star Chef Classic? It’s an exciting, intimate, and exclusive event that brings the world’s most innovative and celebrated chefs together to cook in front of 300 guests. The venue is a high-tech arena, with stadium seating, lights, cameras, and LED screens, giving you a perfect view of all the action. It literally is the All-Star weekend of the culinary world, and it’s in Los Angeles!

The four day event takes place March 11 - 14 at L.A. LIVE with three dinners and one charity lunch, benefiting City of Hope. The three Masters’ Dinners are each based on a particular cuisine; French, American, and British, and they are prepared and served in the state-of-the-art setting of Restaurant Stadium.

The experience ends with a giant cookout on the last night known as Grill & Chill, this is a great opportunity to see your favorite chefs and connect with them in a casual setting. Local chefs on the roster are Ludo Lefebvr(Trois Mec), Suzanne Goin (Lucques), Nancy Silverton (Mozza), Zoe Nathan (Huckleberry), David Lefevre (M.B. Post), Neal Fraser (BLD), Josiah Citrin (Melisse), John Shook(Animal), Carolynn Spence (Chateau Marmont), Sherry Yard (Helms Bakery), and Waylynn Lucas (Fonuts).

Tickets are already on sale for each individual event and they’re moving fast. The Kitchen Kids event, with 200 kids taking part in a record breaking cooking class, taught by Waylynn Lucas (Fonuts), is already sold out. I guess my 2 year old son is too young to participate anyhow, but watch out All-Star Chef Classic, in a few years the little dude will be there. Meanwhile, I’ll be attending this year, enjoying the food and meeting my favorite chefs!
